A service for Sequim resident George H. Yamamoto will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 7, at Faith Baptist Church, 7652 Old Olympic Highway, Sequim.
Mr. Yamamoto died June 28, 2007, at the age of 84.
He was born Jan. 9, 1923, in Harlowton, Mont., to Gihei and Yoshi Watanabe Yamamoto.
He married Bette Sakai on Feb. 28, 1964, in Los Angeles, Calif.
His wife and brother Tom Yamamoto, of Quincy, survive him.
His brothers Barry Yamamoto and Roy Yamamoto; and sisters Kotoko Tachibana and Mary Fukado preceded him in death.
