The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this Estate. Any person having a claim against Decedent that arose before Decedent's death must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW Ch. 11.40.070 by: (a) Serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim; and (b) filing the original of the claim with the Court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (a) Thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the claimant as provided under RCW Ch. 11.40.020(3); or (b) four months after the date of first publication of the probate notice to creditors. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim will be forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW Ch. 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both Decedent's probate and non-probate assets.

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after July 3, 2007, and defend the real property foreclosure action in Grant County Superior Court, and answer the complaint of National City Mortgage Inc., f/k/a National City Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of National City Bank, ("Plaintiff"). and Public Hearing
Jackson Flight Center, has applied for a Site Plan Review on June 25, 2007. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on June 25, 2007. The proposal is for phased construction of three 3,200 square foot aircraft hangars in the (MA) Municipal Airport zone. The site is located at the 11905 Rd 4 NE, Lot 20, Fronting on Municipal Hangar Road on the west side of the Moses Lake Municipal Airport. The property is described as Lot 20 and 1/2 of Lot 21, of the Commercial Binding Site Plan of Lot 2, Municipal Tract No. 12. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code 18.35.
The Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on August 16, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 S. Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment. Written comments on this proposal, from the public, will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on August 16, 2007. Submit written comments by mail to City of Moses Lake, Community Development Department, P.O. Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837, refer to project name, and include your name and address.
Anyone who wants to be informed of future actions or the final decision on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completeness and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in Moses Lake Municipal Code Chapter 20.11, Appeals. Balsam Street.
