Dorothy W. Schultz

Dorothy W. Schultz of Spokane went to be with her Heavenly Father on Jan. 27, 2007. She had lived in the Warden/Moses Lake area for 54 years.

Dorothy was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Moses Lake.

She is survived by her six daughters: Karen and Stan Paul; Jackie and Duane Pfeifer; JoAnn and Rick Moreland; Marilyn Smith and friend, Greg Babin; Beverly Anderson and fiance, Jay Breslin; Nancy, and Ken Krebs. She is also survived by her younger brother, Harlan Haase.

Dorothy leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband George Schultz; her grandson Philip Schultz, as well as two brothers and three sisters.

Dorothy (Mom) always enjoyed baking goodies and sharing them with others, playing cards, gardening, knitting and involvement in church activities. Her greatest joy was derived from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to whom she always gave unconditional love.

She was a warm and comforting spirit to all fortunate enough to know her.

The family humbly requests that any memorial contributions be given to Precious-in-His-Sight Development Center of Grace Lutheran Church.

A memorial service will be held on Feb. 17, at 1 p.m., at Grace Lutheran Church in Moses Lake.
