I. NOTICE OF HEARING: You are notified that a DEPENDENCY Petition was filed with this Court in which it is alleged that: The above named child is dependent pursuant to RCW 13.34.030. A hearing will be held on Feb. 20, 2007 at 1:30 pm., at Grant County Superior Court, 35 C ST NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence on the petition. This petition beings a process, which, if the juvenile is found dependent, may result in permanent termination of the parent-child relationship. IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR, THE COURT MAY ENTER AN ORDER IN YOUR ABSENCE ESTABLISHING TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
II. SUMMONS/ORDER TO APPEAR: YOU ARE SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to appear at the hearing on the date, time and place indicated.
III. ADVICE OF RIGHTS: You have a right to talk to a lawyer and the Court will appoint one for you if you cannot afford it. Your lawyer can look at the social and legal files in your case, talk to the caseworker, tell you about the law, help you understand your rights, and help you at trial.

Notice is hereby given that Grant County Fire District No. 7 is updating the list for their Small Works Roster.
The Small Works Roster will be used to solicit and secure telephone and/or written quotations for public works and improvements as provided under RCW 35.04.155
All vendors, contractors, suppliers or parties requesting inclusion on the Small Works Roster shall submit a letter to the following:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, Febuary 6, 2007, in Grant County, State of Washington, there will be held a Special Election for the purpose of submitting to the voters, a proposition for Bonds for Construction, Modernization and Improvement of Schools, for their approval or rejection. Grant County is now Voting by Mail. No Polling places will be provided. There will be a ballot drop-off location open, starting at 6:30 a.m. thru 8:00 p.m. at the Moses Lake Fire Hall, 701 E 3rd. Ave., on Election Day only!
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Vote by Mail ballots must be postmarked not later than midnightof the day of the Special Election. Your ballot requires a First Class Postage Stamp. We suggest you mail your ballot by Monday, the day before the election, or sooner to ensure a valid postmark.
MOSES LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.161
PROPOSITION NO. 1
BONDS FOR CONSTRUCTION, MODERNIZATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF SCHOOLS
The Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District No. 161 adopted Resolution No. 2006-6, concerning a proposition to finance construction, modernization and improvement of schools. This proposition would authorize the District to construct two elementary schools, make eductional, saftey and technology improvements, add special education instructional and support space, construct additional gym at Chief Moses Middle School, construct or acquire District support facilities, complete improvements to Lions Field, and acquire land; issue no more than $33,855,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to repay the bonds, all as provided in Resoultion No. 2006-6. Request for Bids
The Grant County Mosquito Control District #1 will be accepting sealed bids on products for the purpose of mosquito control in the 2007 Season. Specifications and quotation forms can be obtained from Jim Thompson by phoning 765-7731, or by writing to 735 Edgewater, Moses Lake, Wa 98837. Bidding will close at 12:00 o'clock noon, February 27, 2007, at which time the bids will be opened and reviewed.
