NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD February 6, 2007 at 11:00 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Preliminary Subdivision application from Homestead Acres Major Plat/Dennis Barger, to divide a 63.03-acre parcel into thirteen lots in the Ru ral Residential 1 Zone of Grant County. Twelve lots will be for single-family residences and one lot will be designated for open space. Location of the proposal is the southeast quarter of S 1, T 19 N, R 27 E, W M (parcel no. 161357001). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
