Chiefs sunk by Wenatchee
MOSES LAKE - Moses Lake had an opportunity to take the league title against rival Wenatchee in the pool Thursday but could not close out the Panthers.
After falling behind early in the points race, the Chiefs were unable to erase the deficit and lost 114-72.
Several swimmers participated in close races with Brad Reeder, Jeremy Grant, Federico Bettini and the 200 Freestyle Relay team of Bettini, Marshall Goodrich, Eric Butterfield and Grant earning first place finishes for Moses Lake.
February 2 and 3, the Chiefs will head to the district swim meet.
