Jaime Vega (James Bushnell)

Jaime Vega (James Bushnell) passed away Jan. 7, 2007.

He was born to Rosalind Vega on Sept. 11, 1976 in Medford Ore.

He was preceded in death by his little brother Tony Vega, mother Rosalind Vega, and grandmother Dorothy Pontius.

Jaime is survived by his beautiful Vivian Peterson; lovely daughter Riya Tapio of Tri-Cities; sister Angela Rocha; nieces Rosalyn Rocha and Samantha Gallardo Cruz, nephews Cody Davis Williamson and Nicolas Davis Ruiz all of Moses Lake; beautiful aunt Charlene Denney, and cousins Casey Ireland and Michael Denney of Port St. Lucie, Fla.

After losing his parents and brother at an early age, Jaime was "adopted" by many families in Moses Lake and Othello. He was especially close to primo James Castro, grandpa Joe Gamboa, Marianna Murphy, Ryan Woods and Ole Madrigales.

Jaime enjoyed spending time with all of his loved ones especially at barbeques. His hobbies included classic car and truck restoration, lowrider art and pit bulls. He will be remembered for his meticulous dress, good looks, and smiles and hugs that could light the darkest hours.

Memorial services are being arranged through Benson's Funeral Home in Moses Lake.
