Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Adminstrator or the Administrator's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. Notice is hereby given that a Variance request was received on December 12, 2006 from Roy Towry, 927 C. St. S.W., Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-3255; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of January 9, 2007. PROJECT: The request is to vary from the requirement limiting the size of accessory structures to 1,500 sq/ft prior to the construction of a primary use. The applicant is proposing the construction of a 4,320 sq/ft shop/storage. SEPA exempt. LOCATION: NW quarter of NW quarter of Section 2, Township 21 North, Range 26 E. W.M., Grant County, WA.
