He is survived by his "Mum" Sue and stepfather Ernie Harmon, father Pat and stepmother Darla Scarboro, dad Geff Schaler, four sisters Desiree Ross (Josh Rutt), Shilo (Shane) Rutt, Samantha & Kaityln Scarboro, niece Alexis Koester and nephew Ryder Rutt, numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

A.J. enjoyed living in the Soap Lake/Ephrata area for the past three years. He always found a way to make us laugh with his goofy sense of humor. A.J. had an amazing love for life, spending most of his time outdoors with numerous friends and family. He will be forever loved and missed by all those who knew him.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007 in Valley View Memorial Park, Soap Lake. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Lake Goodwin Volunteer Fire Dept. The family would like to thank the Grant County Sheriff's office, search and rescue and all of those who supported and aided us in our search.

Arrangements are in care of Affordable Funeral Options, Moses Lake.
