The Administrator named below has been appointed Administrator of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Adminstrator or the Administrator's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

Notice is hereby given that a Utility Easement Extinguishment was received on December 6, 2006 from David Kuchera, 106 Yucca Pl. S., Mattawa, WA 99349; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of December 21, 2006. Pelican Horn Short Plat: Terrance M. O'Brien has submitted an application for a short subdivision, planned unit residential development, and shoreline substantial development permit to construct four new residences in the R-3, Multi-family Zone. The application was submitted on Dec. 1, 2006 and additional information was submitted on Dec. 27. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on Jan. 2, 2007. The site is located southwest of Division Street near the intersection with 7th Avenue on Tax #2097 in SWNW S23-T19N-R28E. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 16: Buildings and Construction, Title 17: Subdivisions, Title 18: Zoning, Chapter 19.06: Wetlands, and Title 20: Development Review Process.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 1, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment.

Written comments on this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing. Persons who want to be informed of future actions, or the final decision, on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completeness and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in MLMC 20.11, Appeals.
