? Sheriff's Office in the amount of $7,500.00 to remodel computer workstations; and $3,700.00 to receive a reimbursable grant from the WA Assoc. of Sheriff's and Police Chiefs ($3,000.00) to purchase a LIDAR radar unit and the costs associated with it ($700.00);
? Public Works Department in the amount of $7,232.00 for assistance with tearing down old buildings and mowing.

Small Works Roster
Notice is hereby given that the Lincoln County Public Hospital District No. 1, d.b.a. Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center has established a Roster of Venders for purchase of materials, supplies, or equipment not connected to a public works project in an amount between $5,000 and $15,000 as established by statutes and to be published twice a year.
Notice is also given that the Lincoln County Public Hospital District No. 1, d.b.a. Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center has established a Small Works Roster as follows:
1) The Small Works Roster notice will be solicited once a year.
2) Contractors that meet our criteria may be added to the roster at any time during the year.
3) Lincoln County Public Hospital District No. 1 will have one general roster.
4) Small Works Roster candidate may submit their references electronically to walterv1@onhc.org.
5) Projects which have an estimated cost of less than $1000,000 must solicit bids from at least five contractors.
6) All contractors on the small works roster must be notified of the availability of projects with estimated cost between $100,000 and $200,000.
All interested vendors and contractors are hereby invited to submit an application. Applications will be accepted for three weeks after the date of publication for inclusion on the 2006 roster. The Small Works Roster will be used to solicit and secure telephone and/or written quotations/bids for public works and improvements as provided under RCW 35.23.352
All vendors, contractors, suppliers, or parties requesting inclusion on the Small Works Roster shall submit a letter to GRANT COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT NO. 10, ATTENTION, DISTRICT SECRETARY, PO BOX 220 ROYAL CITY, WA 99357 requesting the necessary form.
Specific interests by the fire district for 2007 are, but not limited to, roof repair, general construction, and electrical.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln, Grant and Adams Counties, Washington will conduct a joint public hearing on Thursday, March 15th, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in the Lincoln County Commissioners Chambers in the lower level of the County Courthouse, 450 Logan Street, Davenport, Washington. The purpose of the hearings is to take testimony, comments and conduct a discussion on a proposal for Lincoln, Grant and Adams Counties to adopt the WRIA 43 Upper Crab/Wilson Creek Watershed Plan.
