Northland Cable, FSN work out TV deal for M's

MOSES LAKE - Northland Cable Television and Fox Sports Northwest (FSN) announced on Thursday plans to carry an additional 42 Seattle Mariners' games for the 2008 season.

In addition to the over 150 games on FSN, Northland will provide all of the Mariners' games in high definition.

"Northland is committed to providing the best in Seattle Mariners baseball from FSN," Northland regional manager Jon Ulrich said. "We believe the addition of 42 Mariner games and a high definition source for the Mariners is important and valuable programming to our customers."

The Mariners on FSN High Definition will anchor Northland's new High Definition lineup, which will launch shortly after the first of the year.
