NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD December 27, 2007 at 9:00 am in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata WA regarding budget extension requests from the following Grant County Departments:
- Grant County District court in the amount of $800.00 for a grant from the WA Traffic Safety Commission for a new Drug Court
- Department of Community Development in the amount of $139,917.00 for employee wages and benefits, phones, and overtime
Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.

NOTICE
Turner Construction, 411 108th Ave. N.E., Ste. 260, Bellevue, WA 98004 is seeking coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology's NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activities.
The proposed project, known as Columbia Data Center Cooling Tower Make-Up Water Treatment Facility is located at 501 Port Industrial Parkway in Quincy Washington. Approximately 4 acres will be disturbed for construction of one (1) water treatment facility and pond grading with associated utilities and parking.
Construction activities will include grading, utilities, paving, constructing an industrial building and ponds, and connecting to onsite sanitary sewer.
During construction the existing onsite storm drainage swales will be used to convey runoff to existing onsite detention ponds.
Any persons desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology concerning this application may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days from the last date of publication of this notice.
