Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Plat and SEPA Checklist were received on October 11, 2007 from Doug Carlile, 5792 RD K NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-760-4415; and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of December 4, 2007. PROJECT: A preliminary subdivision of ~126 acres into 26 lots located in the Rural Residential 2 (RR2) Zone of Grant County. SUMMARY
This ordinance allows the City of Othello to levy an ad valorem tax against all property within the corporate limits of the City of Othello for the 2008 fiscal year. The total collection request for FY 2008 is $1,140,775.

DISTRICT ANNEXATION AREA TO THE CITY OF OTHELLO, DESIGNATING THE ZONING OF THE ANNEXATION AREA AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ANNEXATION.

SUMMARY
The City of Othello does hereby annex real estate situation in Adams County, Washington contiguous to the City of Othello into the corporate limits of the City of Othello as follows:
Farm Unit 117 and Farm Unit 121 as shown in Block 45, Columbia Basin Irrigation Project, and the west 45 ft. of the north 1313.3 ft. of Farm Unit 114 (east side of 14TH Ave.), and that portion of Section 10, north of Farm Unit 121 (County and State shops). Also known as, the north half of the NE quarter and the east half of the NW quarter of Section 10 and the west 45 ft. of the north half of the NW quarter of Section 11, all in Township 15, Range 29 EWM. The annexation area shall be zoned C-2 until its designation is changed.
