NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD December 19, 2007 at 1:30 pm in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension for the Grant County 2007 Limited Tax General Obligation Bond Fund in the amount of $72,338.00 for the first interest payment on the G.O. Bond issued for the Fairgrounds improvements. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.

Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development & Conditional Use Permit) and SEPA checklist received on November 6, 2007 from Tobin Beaubien (Designated Contact: John Hermann, CBMI, 3740 Thayer Rd. NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-989-4318), were found technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with Unified Development Code and other applicable state and local requirements as of December 3, 2007. PROJECT: Construction of an 80' long L-shaped dock, consisting of a 6' x 80' walkway connecting to a 10' x 20' dock, a 9' x 10' boatlift, a 6' x 12' dual jet ski lift, and an 8' x 60' access path through the shoreline environment. SEPA: MDNS issued December 4, 2007. LOCATION: Site address of subject parcel is 7053 Konishi Road NE, Moses Lake, WA, located in NW quarter of S. 17, T. 19N, R. 28E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #31-2716-000). SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Suburban. ZONING: Urban Residential 3. Required mitigation will be pursuant to Unified Development Code. Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello is requesting names of businesses or vendors that want to be included on the City's existing Vendor List for purchase of equipment, materials, suppliers, or services, other than professional services. All vendors, supplies, or other parties requesting to be added to the Vendor List should submit a letter to the City of Othello, Clerk's Department, 500 E. Main Street, Othello, WA 99344. All vendors already on the list will remain on the list as active. Notice is also hereby given that Grant County has

received a Shoreline Substantial

Development/Conditional Use Permit application

and SEPA Environmental Checklist from Edward

and Patricia Falkner for the construction of a 8'

wide x 40' long freestanding dock, and planting

of bulrush plugs beginning at the southern property

line and extending north for approximately 33'.

Also the construction of a rock wall 2' tall (height to

match existing land height) beginning

approximately 33' from the southern property line

and ending at the landward end of the dock located

in a portion of Section 17, Township 19N., Range 28

E.W.M., Grant County, Wa. Assessors Parcel # 12-

1126-418.
