NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued Mitigated Determinations of Non-Significance (MDNSs) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following projects:

1. 3431 Blue Heron Ln - Construct a boat dock appru- tenant to a single family residence. The proponent is Todd Lengenfelder, Moses Lake. The site loca- tion is Lot 5, Block 1, Laguna Shores Major Plat.

2. 3439 Blue Heron Ln - Construct a boat dock appur- tenant to a single family residence. The proponent is Todd Lengenfelder, Moses Lake. The site loca- tion is Lot 3, Block 1, Laguna Shores Major Plat.

3. Parkside Place Major Plat - Subdivide 4.47 acres into 18 single family lots. The proponent is Nick Daschel, Vancouver, WA. The site is located east of Paxson Drive, south of Oregon Street, and north of Virginia Street.

After review of the completed environmental checklists and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined that the proposals will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 97-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on these proposals for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNSs must be submitted by December 12, 2007 to the Responsible Official.

REVISED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Grant County Planning Commission will conduct public hearings in accordance with Chapter 25.12 of the Grant County Unified Development Code to consider proposed amendments to the Grant County Comprehensive Plan submitted in accordance with the criteria listed in the Unified Development Code adopted in October, 2000, and in accordance with State Law RCW 36.70A.

DESCRIPTION OF CURRENT PROPOSAL:

A non-project proposal to consider the adoption of amendments to the Grant County 1999 GMA Comprehensive Plan.
