Gregory Lee Solberg

Gregory Lee Solberg, 52, of Snohomish, Wash., passed away Nov. 25, 2007, at his home following complications from an auto accident on Oct. 26, 2006. He was surrounded by his family at the time of his death. He was bom July 17, 1955, in Moses Lake.

Greg is survived by his loving wife, Susan Jane Solberg, of Snohomish, stepdaughter, Angela Floyd of Snohomish: his mother, Lorraine Solberg, of Warden: his father and stepmother, Ralph and Shirley Solberg of Everett, Wash.; mother-in-law, Susie Greul, of Snohomish: twin sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Joel Rossell of Moses Lake; sister, Sonya Solberg, of Warden; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Tawni Solberg of Othello and Jeff and Doreen Solberg of Snohomish; step-grandchildren, Devan Mitchell of Monroe, Wash., Hannah Branscomb, Haleah and Halen Floyd of Snohomish; nieces and nephews, Stephanie Sanders, Sarah Solberg, Shannon Solberg, Lindsey Rossell, Tony Solberg, Joshua Rossell, Brett Rossell, Nathan Solberg and many friends.

Greg and Jane were married in Everett and loved travel and ocean cruises. Greg was dedicated to his family, friends, and his work. Everyone that met him quickly became his friend. He loved sports, classic movies and working on their acreage in Snohomish.

Greg worked in the grocery industry all his life, managing meat departments for Safeway, QFC, and most recently, PCC Natural Markets, in Redmond. He was a member of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 81.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007, at Everett First Presbyterian Church at 2936 Rockefeller Avenue in Everett, Wash., with a reception immediately following.
