TAKE NOTICE:

That Stan Kaufmann of Moses Lake and Brian D. Prater of McKenna, Washington have made application for change/transfer of water right in order to add a point of withdrawal (POW) and change/transfer a portion of the place of use (POU) as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. 962-D together with Certificate of Change Vol. 1-3 PP. 444.

That said certificate authorizes the withdrawal of 1,200 gallons per minute, 320 acre-feet per year, each year, for irrigation of 80 acres and continuous domestic supply.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER PERMIT

TAKE NOTICE:

That Bob Adler of Mattawa, Washington has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to add two-(2) Points of Withdraw (POW) as granted under Ground Water Permit No. G3-29072P.

That said permit authorizes the withdrawal of 2,250 gallons per minute, 1,200 acre-feet per year, continuously, for commercial and industrial supply and as needed for fire protection.

That the authorized POW are from two-(2) wells located as follows: 1) SW1/4SE1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 34 and 2) SW1/4NE1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 27; BOTH WITHIN T. 15 N., R. 23 E.W.M.

That they propose to add two-(2) additional POW to be located as follows: 3) and 4) E1/2E1/2SW1/4; BOTH WITHIN T. 15 N, R. 23 E.W.M.

All within Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from September 6, 2007.

  • Budget extension for weed spraying in the amount of $6,500.00 to the ATV Fund
