NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 12, 2007 at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a proposed amendment to the Moses Lake Estates PUD Conceptual Master Development Plan, to provide for the development of the remainder of the 1107 - acre site into a year-round residential community with up to a total of 958 dwelling units (including Phase 1) accompanied by commercial facilities, extensive open space, and community recreation opportunities. The proposed Dune Lakes Master Development Plan will include: a mix of single and multi-family residential properties, commercial retail services and office park accommodations, an 18-hole golf course open to the public, extensive community park, recreation center, and playfield open space, and a waterfront park with boat launch and docking facilities for community use. Overall residential density for the amended PUD would be 1.15 units per acre. Location is in portions of S 3, 4, 9, and 10, T 18 N, R 28 E, W M, south of Pelican Point, Moses Lake.
