Maria Del Carmen Silva Barragan, age 21, longtime Moses Lake resident, died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, as the result of an accident in Glenwood Springs, Colo. Recitation of the Rosary will be said at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 21, in Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with viewing from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 22, in Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Burial and concluding services will immediately follow in Bess Hampton Memorial Gardens, Othello. Arrangements in care of Affordable Funeral Options, Moses Lake.
