Delmar 'Del' Parrott

Delmar "Del" Parrott, born in Lindsay, Calif., on Oct. 4, 1930, passed away Aug. 14, 2007, in Soap Lake having moved to Washington state in 1963.

Del worked as a true cowboy all his life, spending the last 33 years at the Billingsley Ranch in the Palisades. Del leaves a legacy of outstanding horsemanship throughout Washington and California. As an Army veteran he served in Korea during that war.

His lifetime hobbies have been guns, hunting and yard sales.

Del is survived by his wife of 34 years, Sheryl Parrott, daughters Jolynn Jackson and husband Tom, Tricia, Jeff and husband Glenn, sons Randy Parrott and wife Patsy, Jim Parrott and David Rosamond, sister Frankie Massey and husband Harold, sister-in-law Karen Dillon and Roy Meroanian, sister-in-law Nicky Williams and husband Chuck, 18 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and so many great friends.

At Del's request there will be no service.
