NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on August 31, 2007, at 9:30 a.m., at the main entrance of the Grant County Courthouse, located at 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, State of Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following-described real property, situated in the County of Grant, State of Washington, to wit:

The North half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 21 North, Range 27 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington.

TOGETHER WITH that certain manufactured home situated thereon.

The aforedescribed real property is subject to that certain Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded June 18, 1999 under Auditor's File No. 1049078 of Grant County, State of Washington from Gloria L. Lewis and Paul Taylor as Grantors, to Michael D. Bohannon, Trustee, to secure an obligation in favor of Green Tree Servicing LLC, who as the original Beneficiary or due to assignment, is now the current Beneficiary. The sale will be made without any warranty concerning the title to, or the condition of, the property.

No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust in any Court by reason of the Borrowers' or Grantors' default on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust.
