NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD May 8, 2007 at 9:30 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Zone Change application from David Hendricks to change two parcels totaling approximately 8-acres from Urban Residential 3 to Urban Com-mercial 1. The subject area is located along the east side of Ottmar Rd NE in Cascade Valley (south of Cochran Rd) within the Moses Lake Urban Growth Boundary, and a portion of S 9, T 19 N, R 28 E, W M (parcel nos. 17-0264-000 and 17-0300-000). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
