Microsoft is constructing a data center that will house computer servers and storage devices that directly support Microsoft's internet and internal business IT services. The facility will discharge noncontact cooling water combined with sanitary wastewater to the City of Quincy's municipal wastewater facility not to exceed 86,688 gallons per day.

An ordinance annexing property commonly known as the Mcconkie/Jorgensen II property, to the City of Moses Lake, Washington, and incorporating the same within the corporate limits of the City of Moses Lake, and which provides for the assumption of
existing indebtedness.

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which annexes property owned by Ken and Marilynne Jorgensen and Sharon McConkie and located south of Nelson Road and east fo the Hayden Campus Major Plats.

Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with "SEAL COAT PROJECT 2007" marked plainly thereon.
All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and/or to furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City.

Other work includes applying temporary raised pavement markings, sweeping, utility adjustments, crack repair using a specified membrane, flushing streets, brooming, traffic control and permanent pavement markings.
