I.

On April 20, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. inside the main lobby of the Police Justice Building (Balsam Street Entrance) 401 South Balsam, Moses Lake, State of Washington, the undersigned Trustee, RECONSTRUCT COMPANY, N.A., (subject to any conditions imposed by the trustee to protect lender and borrower) will sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County(ies) of Grant, State of Washington:

II.

No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation in any Court by reason of the Grantor's or Borrower's default on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust.

The sum owing on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust is: Principal Balance of $44,574.33, together with interest as provided in the note or other instrument secured from 07/01/06, and such other costs and fees as are due under the Note or other instrument secured, and as are provided by statute.

V.

The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be made without warranty, express or implied regarding title, possession, or encumbrances on 4/20/2007. The default(s) referred to in paragraph III, together with any subsequent payments, late charges, advances costs and fees thereafter due, must be cured by 04/09/2007 (11 days before the sale date), to cause a discontinuance of the sale. The sale will be discontinued and terminated if at any time before the close of the Trustee's business on 04/09/07 (11 days before the sale date), the default(s) as set forth in paragraph III, together with any subsequent payments, late charges, advances, costs and fees thereafter due, is/are cured and the Trustee's fees and costs are paid. The sale may be terminated any time after 04/09/2007 (11 days before the sale date), and before the sale by the Borrower, Grantor, any Guarantor or the holder of any recorded junior lien or encumbrance paying the entire balance of principal and interest secured by the Deed of Trust, plus costs, fees, and advances, if any made pursuant to the terms of the obligation and/or Deed of Trust.

A written notice of default was transmitted by the Beneficiary or Trustee to the Borrower and Grantor at the following address(es): (See Attached list).

by both first class and either certified mail, return receipt requested, or registered mail on 12/13/2006, proof of which is in the possession of the Trustee; and on 12/13/2006 Grantor and Borrower were personally served with said written notice of default or the written notice of default was posted on a conspicuous place on the real property described in paragraph I above, and the Trustee has possession of such service or posting.

VII.

The Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide in writing to anyone requesting it a statement of all foreclosure costs and trustee's fees due at any time prior to the sale.

VIII.

The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor of all their right, title and interest in the above-described property.

IX.

Anyone having any objection to the sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. Failure to bring such a lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper grounds for invalidating the Trustee's sale.

X.

NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR TENANTS - The purchaser at the Trustee's Sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the Grantor under the deed of trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the deed of trust, including occupants and tenants. After the 20th day following the sale the purchaser has the right to evict occupants and tenants by summary proceedings under the unlawful detainer act, Chapter 59.12 RCW.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID for E SW Rd., CRP 07-05 & O SW Rd., CRP 07-08, will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, April 17, 2007 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Grant County.

The City of Othello, Washington (herein called the "Owner") invites bids for the construction of the Street and Utility Improvements 2007 Project. This contract provides for the improvement of approximately 2 miles of City streets including approximately 16,000 square yards of planing, 6,000 tons of hot mix asphalt for overlay, 4,390 square yards of pavement repairs, 2,600 linear feet of 10-inch PVC water main, 850 square yards of sidewalk, curb, curb and gutter, curb ramps, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and theStandard Specifications.

Sealed bids for the described project will be received by the City of Othello at City Hall, Othello, Washington, 99344, until 10:00 a.m., local time, May 3, 2007 and then publicly opened and read aloud.
