The Greens Preliminary Planned Unit Residential Development and Major Plat, a 68-house community on 11.18 acres in the R-1 Single Family Zone and R-3 Multi-family Zone, was approved by the Planning Commission on March 15, 2007. The site is Tax #600, located east of Division Street and south of 9th Avenue.

The Planning Commission's decision has been appealed; therefore this matter will not become final until adjudicated by the City Council or the appeal is withdrawn. The City Council will conduct a closed record appeal on April 24, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street.
