| April 6, 2007 9:00 PM

Saturday, March 31 saw the passing of Jay Miller, longtime Moses Lake resident. He was known throughout the greater Northwest for his hunting and fishing expertise. He enriched the lives of countless people and leaves Moses Lake and the world a sadder place.

In death Jay will continue to touch the lives of generations to come as an organ donor. Our flags fly at half mast for this great man. Jay Miller was front page news.

Jay is survived by a loving daughter, Debbie Ann Miller, Moses Lake, his best friend and brother Mark Miller, Rainier, his sister Jackie Miller, Seattle, and his heart mate of 15 years, Linda Hunter, Moses Lake.

A memorial will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at 1 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 746 S. Ironwood Dr. in Moses Lake. A reception will follow.

At a later time Jay's family will lay his ashes at rest with his dog Charlie, overlooking their favorite hunting spot in the Frenchman Hills.
