Janet King

Janet King passed away peacefully on Saturday morning.

Janet was a longtime resident of George. Many knew her as "The Doberman Lady," "The Dog Lady" or simply as "Janet."

She worked for the Census Bureau for 17 years, retired in 2000.

Janet was preceded in death by two of her children, Jeanette and Steve. She will be missed by many.

Services will be held at the Church of the Nazarene in Quincy on Saturday, April 14, at 4 p.m.
