1. The petitioner has started an action in the above court requesting the establishment or modification of a parenting plan or residential schedule.

2. The petition also requests that the Court grant the following relief:

Approve a parenting plan or residential schedule for the dependent children.

Determine support for the dependent children pursuant to the Washington State Child Support Schedule.

Order either or both parents to maintain or provide health insurance coverage for the dependent children.

Award the tax exemptions for the dependent children as follows:

3. You must respond to this summons by serving a copy of your written response on the person signing this summons and by filing the original with the clerk of the court. If you do not serve your written response within 60 days after the date of the first publication of this summons (60 days after the 8th day of March, 2007), the court may enter an order of default against you, and the court may, without further notice to you, enter a decree and approve or provide for other relief requested in this summons. In the case of a dissolution of marriage, the court will not enter the final decree until at least 90 days after service and filing. If you serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned person, you are entitled to notice before an order of default or a decree may be entered.

4. Your written response to the summons and petition must be on form WPF DR 01.0300, Response to Petition (Domestic Relations). Sealed bids plainly marked "Bid for MC800 Liquid Asphalt - 2007" will be received by Grant County at the office of the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 37, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington 98823, until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 17, 2007 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for supplying the specified materials.

Plans, specifications and bid documents may be obtained from the Public Works Department at no charge. Informational copies of the maps, plans, and specifications are on file for inspection at the Public Works Department of Grant County, 124 Enterprise St. SE, Ephrata, WA 98823.

The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The award of this proposal, if made, may be made in whole or in part as determined to be in the best interest of Grant County.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID for E SW Rd., CRP 07-05 & O SW Rd., CRP 07-08, will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, April 17, 2007 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Grant County.

Maps, plans, and specifications may be purchased from the office of the County Engineer, 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA 98823, upon payment of the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable).

Informational copies of the maps, plans, and specifications are on file for inspection at the Grant County Public Works Building, 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA 98823, and in various plan centers located in Washington.

Notice is hereby given that the Public hearing set for April 11, 2007 at 12:00 noon, for a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Phillip M. & Shannon M. NOTICE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (Seller) will sell obsolete and surplus Less that 50 ppm PCB Oil and Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment to the highest and best bidder (Buyer) are more fully described in contract document 180-2402.

Bid packages are available on the District's contracting website at http://grantpud.ebidsystems.com, solicitation 180-2402. Bidder's who have not previously registered as a vendor will need to do so to download the surplus document.
