The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of:

1. Thirty (30) days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or

2. Four (4) months after the date of first publication of the notice.

If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

I. NOTICE OF HEARING: You are notified that a TERMINATION Petition was filed with this Court in which it is alleged that: The above named child is dependent pursuant to RCW 13.34.030. A hearing will be held on May 8, 2007 at 1:30 pm., at Grant County Superior Court, 35 C ST NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence on the petition. This petition begins a process, which, if the juvenile is found dependent, may result in permanent termination of the parent-child relationship. IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR, THE COURT MAY ENTER AN ORDER IN YOUR ABSENCE ESTABLISHING TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.

INVITATION TO BID

PORT OF MOSES LAKE

(GRANT COUNTY PORT DISTRICT NO. 10)

PROPOSALS will be received at the Administration Office, Port of Moses Lake, Grant County International Airport, Moses Lake, Washington, until 2:00 p.m. local time, April 23, 2007, for the project of removing rubber deposits from Runways 09/27 and 14L/32R at the Grant County International Airport.

Public opening of the proposals will be in the Board of Commissioners conference room, located on the main floor of the Terminal Building. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be accepted. No bidder may withdraw or alter his proposal after the hour set for opening unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period of more than thirty (30) days after the date of opening. The work shall be satisfactorily completed no sooner than May 19, 2007 and no later than May 28, 2007 for the first rubber removal project on Runway 09/27; and no sooner than October 1, 2007 and no later than October 10, 2007 for the second rubber removal project on both Runway 09/27 and Runway 14L/32R.

Bonafide bidders may obtain copies of specifications of work required at the office of the Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews Street N.E. Ste. 200, Grant County International Airport, Moses Lake, Washington.

The Board of Commissioners of the Port of Moses Lake shall be the sole judge of the bids and reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, waive technicalities or irregularities, and to accept any proposal or option of such bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the Port of Moses Lake.
