Rachal Rebecca Mendez, 25, Moses Lake resident, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2006. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 2, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Moses Lake Stake Center, 1515 S. Division Street in Moses Lake with Bishop John Wright of the Moses Lake 4th Ward officiating. Interment will follow in the Ephrata Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake.
