NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND SEPA MDNS

Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development & Conditional Use Permit) and SEPA Checklist were received on August 9, 2006 from Clayton Snyder (Designated Contact: Eldon Broughton, 2403 Westshore Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-750-9051); and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of September 18, 2006. PROJECT: The construction of a 50' dock structure comprised of a 8' wide x 20' long bridge over wetlands connected to a 8' wide x 30' long cantilevered dock. The project also includes a 9' x 8' boatlift and an access path from upper elevation down to the dock area. SEPA: MDNS issued on September 19, 2006. LOCATION: 7314 Stonecrest Road NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, Section 27, Township 20 N., Range 27 E., WM. Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-1682-045. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Rural. ZONING: Shoreline Development-1. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011, ext. 624; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm October 28, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the SEPA MDNS and Shoreline Permit.
