and Adoption of Existing Environmental Document

Notice is hereby given that Grant County will be reviewing a proposal submitted by the Unified Development Code (UDC) Committee to amend the Grant County Unified Development Code, Chapter 23.04, Zoning. PROJECT: Based on the review and suggested changes made by the UDC Committee, Grant County will be reviewing a proposal to amend the text and to extensively amend the use tables within Chapter 23.04, Zoning. SEPA: Adoption of Existing Environmental Documentation issued March 14, 2006. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: County Wide. ZONING: All zones. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: The Board of County Commissioners, 10:00am, October 10, 2006 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, located in the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Copies of the application materials (File #06-4439) and the adopted environmental documentation are available at the Grant County Planning Department at 32 C St. NW, Room 26a, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 623; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 10pm October 10, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
