Notice is hereby given that JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development & Conditional Use Permit) and SEPA checklist received August 9, 2006 from Don Musseau (Designated Contact: Eldon Broughton, 2403 Westshore Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-750-9051), were found technically complete and preliminarily appear consistent with Unified Development Code and other applicable state and local requirements as of September 8, 2006. PROJECT: Construction of 10' x 40' cantilevered dock with 10' x 6' x 4' concrete ballast, 9' x 10' boatlift, and 4' x 50' access path through shoreline buffer area. SEPA: MDNS issued September 20, 2006. LOCATION: Subject parcel is 8254 Diamond Point Road, Moses Lake, WA, also known as Lot #17 of Diamond Point Plat, located in NW quarter of S.28, T.19N, R.28E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #12-0136-517). SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Suburban. ZONING: Urban Residential 3. Required mitigation will be pursuant to Unified Development Code.
