NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD October 10, 2006 at 3:30 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Zone Change application from Steve and Gail Adair, John Hermann, Ray Brown, and Pamp Maiers, to change approximately 9-acres from Urban Residential 3 to Urban Commercial. Property is located in the NE quarter of S 17, T 19 N, R 28 E, WM, and is at the intersection of Stanley and Valley Roads, along Konishi Drive in Central Cascade Valley, Moses Lake. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
