PROJECT: The request for the operation a Residential Care Facility in the primary residence on the parcel #19-0436-001. SEPA exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: 4499 Rd. "L", N.E., Moses Lake, WA 98837. S 7, T 19N, R 29E of Grant County. ZONING: Agriculture. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner Hearing, 12 pm, October 11, 2006 in the Commissioners Hearing Room at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
