Notice is hereby given that a Variance was received on August 21, 2006 from Tim Hubbard, 8251 Rd. 8 NW, Ephrata, WA 98823; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of September 18, 2006. PROJECT: Variance to the 5-acre minimum lot size requirement for farm housing as an accessory structure. The applicant is proposing a second dwelling for farm housing purposes. SEPA exempt. LOCATION: 8251 Rd. 8 NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, Section 27, Township 20 N, Range 25 E, W.M. Grant County. Parcel No.(s): 31-2193-000. ZONING: Agriculture. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment hearing, 7 pm, October 11, 2006 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm October 11, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on this Variance request.
