& SEPA Determination

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Plat and SEPA Checklist were received on August 2, 2006 from Gregory Miller (Designated Contact: Jim Keyes, CNWE, 321 S. Beech St., Suite "A", Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226); and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 30, 2006. PROJECT: A preliminary subdivision of a 41.8 acre-parcel into eight (8) lots in the Rural Residential 1 (RR1) Zone of Grant County. All 8 lots will be for single-family residences and related uses. SEPA: MDNS was issued on September 13, 2006. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The SW quarter of the NW quarter of S 25, T 20 N, R27 E.W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-1677-001. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission hearing, 7 pm, October 4, 2006 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011, ext. 624; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm October 2, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Subdivision and SEPA Determination.
