NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND SEPA MDNS
Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development & Conditional Use Permit) and SEPA Checklist were received on July 21, 2006 from Douglas Beierman (3261 Bow St, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-765-5292); and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 18, 2006. PROJECT: An 8' x 25' dock, a 12' x 17' concrete ballast, an 8' x 12' boatlift, and an 8' wide access path through the wetland buffer. SEPA: MDNS issued September 8, 2006. LOCATION: 6780 RD 7.3 NE, Moses Lake, also known as Lot #1 of the Norisada Meadows Short Plat #2, located in a portion of the NE 1/4 of S 36, T 20 N., R 27 E., WM. Grant County, WA. (Parcel #31-1925-000) SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Suburban. ZONING: Urban Residential 3. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. Copies of the application materials (File #06-4550) and MDNS are available from Hector Torres at the Grant County Planning Department at 32 C St. NW, Room 26a, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 623; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm October 16, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the SEPA MDNS and Shoreline Permits.
