Richard H. "Dick" Collier

Richard H. "Dick" Collier passed away Sept. 1, 2006 after a long illness.

Born Aug. 7, 1934 in Tacoma., he lived in Rockford, Spokane and the Palouse areas before settling down in Moses Lake.

He is survived by Janie Broadhead (partner); three sons, Rick, wife Toylyn, Chuck, wife Denise, Todd, wife Kari; one daughter Lisa, husband Pat Morris; two brothers T.H., wife Lucille, Clark, wife Joan; one sister Margaret, husband Vince Moore; grandchildren Chris, wife Michelle, Michelle, Matthew, Michael, KaLee, and McKinzee; numerous nieces and nephews. Also survived by Mazy, his beloved dog.

A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date. A memorial will be at Michael's on the Lake, Saturday, Sept. 30, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions in his honor be made to the Sacred Heat Transplant, care of Mechanical Heart Program, P.O. Box 2555, Spokane, WA 99220, at Sacred Heart Medical Center.
