NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 19, 2006 at 10:30 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a PUD/Preliminary Plat application from Riverview at Crescent Bar to subdivide 21.45-acres into 9 tracts, the smallest lot size being 2,408 sq. feet, with an emphasis on recreation related activities. The location of the proposal is adjacent to and above the Sunserra Resort in the Crescent Bar Recreational Area on the north side of Crescent Bar Rd and is in a portion of the SW quarter of S 18, T 20 N, R 23 E, W M. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
