Ellis E. Bowen

Ellis E. Bowen, 79, died from an illness at his home in Moses Lake on Friday, Oct. 27, 2006. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel and Crematory, Moses Lake.

Ellis was born in Spangle, Wash., on Feb. 25, 1927. He was a long-time dairy worker in Spokane and Moses Lake. He was honorably discharged from the United States Coast Guard.

Ellis was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lorinne Louise Bowen. He is survived by his son, Wayne Bowen, Moses Lake, daughter, Arlene Weaver, and son-in-law, Phil Weaver, Manson, Wash., sister, Joyce Norton, Sioux Falls, S.D., as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A celebration of his life will be held for family and friends.
