The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of:
1. Thirty (30) days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020 (1)(c); or
2. Four (4) months after the date of first publication of the notice.
If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND
DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
AND ADOPTION OF EXISTING
ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Grant County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in accordance with Chapter 25.12 of the Grant County Unified Development Code to consider proposed amendments to the Grant County Comprehensive Plan and Development Regulations in accordance with the criteria listed in the Unified Development Code adopted in October, 2000, and in accordance with and mandated by State Law RCW 36.70A.
DESCRIPTION OF CURRENT PROPOSAL:
A non-project proposal to consider the adoption of amendments to the Grant County 1999 GMA Comprehensive Plan and 2000 Unified Development Code. Updates will include State Mandated amendments, analysis, and review of the 1999 Comprehensive Plan and 2000 Unified Development Code Regulations including, but not limited to: 1) Land Use Element, 2) Housing Element, 3) Transportation Element, 4) Public Participation; 5) Zoning Code, 6) Resource Lands, 7) Subdivision, 8) Concurrency, 9) Environmental Review, 10) Administration, and 11) Population projections.
The proposed changes will heard on Tuesday, November 14, commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room on the second floor of the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, at which time any person may appear and be heard either for or against the approval of the proposed amendments to be considered at the public hearing.
