Mary Etta Angus

Mary Etta Angus went to be with the Lord on Oct. 17, 2006.

She was born in Crab Orchard, Ky. on April 21, 1940. She spent most of her life as a homemaker and most importantly a loving mother to her four daughters. She was always cooking more than enough and inviting anyone who was hungry to eat, she was a warm-hearted and cherished mother.

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Dean Angus, mother Onie Marie Perry and father John Rufus Perry; four brothers: Melvin; Everett; John Jr. and Car; two sisters: Laura and Lily. She is survived by her four daughters and three sons-in-law: Patricia Rice and James Rice; Diane and Sylvester; Michelle Belcourt and Mark Belcourt; and Candy Scarborough; one brother Vernon of Bend, Ore.; three sisters: Pearl Bereman of Salinas, Calif.; Dorothy Leiter of Medford, Ore.; and June Morales of Madeira, Calif.; eight grandchildren: Veronica O'Neal; Reynaldo Rodriguez; Skye Wheeler; Jordan Scarborough; Shanice Gamble; Kendal Rice; Sean Rice and Marcus Belcourt; also two great grandchildren, which are Veronica's children, Kamran and Izaiah. And the love of Ruben and Jovita Balderas and many cherished friends that loved her so much.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. at the Warden Assembly of God Church, 416 Oak St. S. in Warden.
