Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Plat and SEPA Checklist were received on September 29, 2006 from Martin Hanson (Designated Contact: Kevin Richards, 1328 E. Hunter Place Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-765-1023); and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of October 6, 2006.
