NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD October 17, 2006 at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a request from Gary J. Varney, to amend the Desert Aire Planned Unit Development (PUD) and allow the development of a single-family residence on a lot currently designated for condominium development. The site address is 308 Desert Aire Dr N, Mattawa, Lot 12 of the Replat of Desert Aire Condominiums, and is a portion of S 22, T 14 N, R 23 E (parcel no. 021701000).
