Notice is hereby given that Discretionary Use application and SEPA checklist received August 7, 2006 from Jim Morgan (Designated Contacts: Doug Horne/Anitra Castillo, 1219 E. Wheeler Road, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-765-9525), were found technically complete and preliminarily appear consistent with Unified Development Code and other applicable state and local requirements as of September 26, 2006. PROJECT: Construction of warehouse/office building for production of pre-cast concrete septic tanks. SEPA: MDNS issued September 27, 2006. LOCATION: Subject parcel is 13058 N. Frontage Road, Moses Lake, WA, also known as Lot #4 of Franz Short Plat, located in NW quarter of S.32, T.19N, R.29E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #31-1126-000). ZONING: Urban Heavy Industrial. Required mitigation will be pursuant to Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: None.
