Juana Cobian Sevilla

Juana Cobian Sevilla died in Hayward, Calif., on Sept. 30, 2006.

She was a native of Arrneria,Colima, Mexico, and passed away at 98 years of age. She was the loving wife of the late Jesus J. Sevilla and loving mother of Edward R.(Agnes) Sevilla, Bishop Carlos A. Sevilla, SJ, Bishop of Yakima, Elena S. (Kirk) Kasberg and Mary Fisher.

She was the dear grandmother of 10, great-grandmother of 12 and great-great grandmother of three, dear sister of Salvador Cobian, Guadalupe Cobian and the late Amalia Cobian, Ignacia Barragan, Ignaclo Cobian and Jose Cobian.

All of Juana's loving family and relatives pray that God grant her eternal rest.

Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass Wednesday, Oct. 4, at 3 p.m. at St. Ignatius Church, in San Francisco, Calif. Prayer services prior to committal in Holy Cross Cemetery will be private.
