Lyle E. Allred was the eighth of eleven children born to John Lutellus and Tina Christina (Frandsen) Allred on July 30, 1919. Price, Utah, was his birthplace and he grew up in Talmage, Utah, during the Great Depression. This talented, energetic, bright young man joined the Army in 1940 at Fort Douglas, Utah.

PROJECT: The construction of a freestanding walkway 4' x 70' connecting to an 4' x 20' dock, which expands to a 10' x 20' "L" shaped area and a freestanding 9' x 10' boatlift, and a 4' wide access path through the shoreline buffer area providing access to the walkway and dock. The walkway is intended to bridge over existing wetland vegetation and provide open water access for the dock. Also, included in this proposal is some limited dredging. The dredging will consist of taking some of the rocks surrounding the location of the dock and placing them under the dock. Lyman Wesley, former Warden resident, passed away at his home at Camano Island on Oct. 3, 2006. He was born in Sunnyside to Don and Ruth Wesley on Nov. 14, 1947. When Lyman was 5 years old, he and his family moved to Warden. After helping his dad farm for many years, he began farming on his own at 15 years of age. He graduated from Warden High School in 1966.

Patrick James Haddican II

Patrick James Haddican II, our beloved husband, father, brother, son, and friend passed away Sept. 29, 2006. He was born May 18, 1962 to Patrick and Victoria Haddican. He attended Lakeview and Larson Heights Elementary, Chief Moses Junior High School and graduated from Moses Lake High School in 1980. Patrick served in the United States Navy from 1981 to 1991. Patrick James Haddican III (P.J.) joined their family on Dec. 11, 1985. Pat was a devoted and loving husband and father.
