TransCo sets meeting agenda

MOSES LAKE — When transportation coalition TransCo meets Thursday, successes at the Ports of Ephrata and Walla Walla take the spotlight.

Port of Ephrata Executive Director Mike Wren speaks about success at his port district, while Jim Kuntz, executive director of the Port of Walla Walla, addresses a successful coalition between RailEx and Highway 12.

The group discusses a project list and draft folio, and Wren and state Department of Transportation representative Dave Honsinger are scheduled to talk about funding sources and timing.

The meeting takes place Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Big Bend Community College's ATEC Building.
